Castaic Lake

Located in the northern region of the county near Santa Clarita, Castaic Lake is the largest California state water project reservoir where outdoor lovers can enjoy a place to camp, fish, kayak, picnic, hike, and more. It’s open every day of the year except on Christmas, so there is plenty of opportunity to swing by for a visit!

Upon entering the park, Castaic Lagoon is easily accessible, while the lake is a few minutes away by car.
